Wordless Wednesday — The Graduate

img_4428

Tomorrow was supposed to be Catherine’s graduation from Southern Connecticut State University, where she’s spent the past two years earning her Masters of Social Work. It’s not the celebration we envisioned, still we’re so proud of her. One more leg of the journey to go — teaching certification program at University of Bridgeport starts this fall and a student teaching gig that’s very close to her heart. The pandemic has us all feeling out of sorts, but it’s clear she is exactly where she’s meant to be. Congratulations, Catherine! The best is yet to come.

  3. The true celebration is in having obtained the education, not in the pompo and circumstance. The effort made is what will guide the students who will be under your care and who are the future. Congratulations
