Wordless Wednesday — Roman Holiday

Our daughter, Catherine took a weekend’s detour to Rome during her three-week school trip to Athens (more about that in later posts) and sent us these fun pictures of her adventures there. Above, she is outside the Coliseum.

She and her traveling companions also toured the Vatican …

… and made wishes in Trevi Fountain.

Traveling with food allergies can be frustrating. While Catherine pined for the amazing pasta dishes and bread her traveling companions enjoyed, she seemed to do just fine finding delicious alternatives. She swears she did not eat this alone but shared it with her friends!

  2. Wonderful shots of what clearly was a great trip. Glad she did well with her food allergies. My grandson has several, so I know it is challenging. 🙂
