My husband, Basil, and I spent Sunday marking our 24th wedding anniversary with an afternoon stroll through New York’s Central Park.

Sheep Meadow.

Lake side

Strawberry Fields = incredible people-watching. We sat for a while watching tourist after tourist pose for photos by the “Imagine” mosaic while a middle aged street musician entertained with Beatles songs. Worth the price of admission. 😉

It looks beautiful, I would love to visit one day

Posted by Terri S. Vanech | September 11, 2017, 9:41 amHappy Anniversary. 🙂 I see you spent the day with a few of your closest friends. People watching is always fun and many times all you see are people staring at their phones. But, it looks like you had quite an event. Glad you had a nice celebration. 🙂
Posted by Judy @ NewEnglandGardenAndThread | September 6, 2017, 7:59 amYou are so sweet! Thank you! It was a lot of fun — and exercise. We got 20,000 steps in, thus ending the day the way many married couples our age do: asleep on the couch with the TV watching us!
