Although it’s been a long time, but when I first saw your photos it reminded me a bit of place in Chattanooga, Tennessee (about 2-hrs south of Knoxville). In fact that’s where I thought this was until I read your caption. Are those fire torches in the water? What are the dome shaped objects in the water? Have a fototastic day!

And there’s music and dancing, different performances, etc. A great big street fair in the whole of the city. We have good friends who live nearby and have gone with them a couple of times over the years.
